Did you know?

  • We maintain outside of Dyer County.
  • We are an absolute complete service that performs Weed Control and Fertilization programs for lawns.
  • We maintain landscape beds, irrigation, shrub trim, sodding, etc...
  • We maintain most of the De-icing and Snow Removal for area shopping centers.

From Residential homes, small businesses, and churches to large industrial businesses and schools, we have the people, equipment, absolute total insurance, and chemical license and charter to perform the absolute top professional work that our area deserves.

Facts for the Wise:
1. Hire a true lawn care professional service that can protect you if accidents occur.

For example:  Accidental mower discharge that does harm to property, person, or even their own employees.  The property liability insurance and Workman's Comp cover you on this.  Also make sure they keep required coverage 24/7/365.

 2. Any Chemical applications must be legal with the State of Tennessee.  Require your lawn contractor to be licensed, bonded and insured with a chemical license and a charter number with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.  Charter number is required to be on company vehicles.  Ask your lawn care professional for their charter number to know you are protected.

3.  Ask for references on your current or future contractor and observe some of their work and ask questions.

For example:  Are they dependable, how is the quality, are they fair on their prices and is the property and people secured liability wise?

A true lawn care professional will not cut corners because they want their customers pleased.

Fact for the Wise (Industrial Ground Care):

The maintaining of a large industrial facility on a regular basis requires:

  1. The proper equipment (Industrial Grade).
  2. The proper credentials (Licensed, bonded, insured, vehicle liability, workman's comp, chemical license, charter number, general contractors license).
  3. Responsible, skilled, and qualified employees.

Surprise corporate visits have to be always on "High Alert" for industries to show professional appearance of the business.

Usually, industries have a substantial amount of acreage to maintain and it is important to have enough and the right equipment because our weather plays a significant role in this reasoning.

Mulch beds should be monitored on at least a weekly basis for appearance purposes.

Chemical and fertilization applications should be done on a timely program by professionals with the proper credentials to ensure results for the appearance of the industry.

Corporate parking lot and curbs should be swept on a regular basis for cleanliness and professionalism.  To eliminate tobacco products, sand, and silt that harms and shortens the life of the pavement.

Perimeters of buildings, truck docks, walkways, rail spurs, etc. should be monitored at least on a weekly basis for noxious, unsightly weeds that harm the looks of the industry.

Miscellaneous requirements of an industry should be done in a timely and professional manner to accommodate the business.

Snow and ice removal can be an important factor for the safety of the employee and eliminate any liability problems for the industry.

Spotting and reporting any dangerous situations to the industry supervisor even if it doesn't involve the grounds contractor.

Don't forget to ask about TennLawn's wonderful monthly package that consists of one or all these services listed.

Commercial Lot Sweeping: Click Here

Structured lot sweeping program for your business promotes an all over major improvement to the looks and professionalism of your business facility.  Whether it is a small business, industry, or school, lot sweeping drastically increases the looks and longevity of the property.

Our lot sweeping consists of sweeping, and blowing to sweeper where sweeper can't access. These are areas such as under any vehicles, corners, curbs, sidewalks, and behind and around vending machines, etc...  This debris, such as dirt, tobacco products, snack debris, and de-icing products can track into your business and hurt your floor investments.  Businesses and schools spend big money on stripping, mopping, and waxing their floors and we believe a structured sweeping program is one that fits your business traffic and budget.

TennLawn has several businesses that have this package: Lawn care, lot sweeping, irrigation, weed control, and landscaping, in one monthly package, year round.  Snow and ice removal has to be separated out of package because of  unpredictability.

And our Customers love it...

Chemical Lawn Treatments & Fertilization: Click Here

Treatments consist of getting rid of what you don't want in your lawn and keeping what you do want plus feeding it to make your lawn more attractive and uniform.

A chemical application and fertilizer program adds beauty and professionalism to your property, whether residential or commercial.

  Landscaping: Click Here

For ongoing maintenance to ensure healthy soils, chemical applications may be necessary to feed your plants and your soil to promote health and vigor to help repel pest.  TennLawn recommends mulch beds be used as protection from weeds and grass.  Regular applications of compost and mulch over your landscaped beds will help retain moisture and moderate soil temperatures while replacing organic matter.
